Simply click on the List your profile and follow the step-by-step instructions. You will be able to pay online and your profile will be published and become active.

How do I change my listing?
That is a unique feature of speakerlist.org You will be able to edit your profile anytime that you wish. Simply access your profile with your sign on credentials and make any changes that you wish to make. These changes will be updated and you will be able to review your edited profile immediately.

How do I book a speaker?
Once you see a speaker that you wish to book, click contact speaker and you will be directed to the speaker’s website where you will be able to book directly with the speaker or contact the speaker for additional information. Once you leave our website, speakerlist.org will not be involved in any communication between buyer and speaker.

How will I know how much traffic my listing is receiving?
Speakerlist.org will be able to provide analytics regarding views and clicks. Please keep in mind that it is up to the speaker to create a profile that is inviting and captures the attention of a potential buyer.

What guarantees does speakerlist.org provide that I will get bookings?
Speakerlist.org is designed to be a hosting website for identifying speakers and presenters. We are not an agent and cannot guarantee results. However, our goal is to promote speakerlist.org to not only the national TRIO community but also to athletics, campus, and other organizations that will potentially desire your services. We will use our best efforts to promote the website and our goal is that speakerlist.org becomes the “one stop shop” for finding and booking speakers in the country. If you are successful as a speaker then ultimately, we are successful so we will do everything we can to promote and support the speakers on our website.

If I decide to remove my listing or ad from speakerlist.org, will I receive a refund?
All fees to speakerlist.org are paid upfront and are nonrefundable for any reason.

What do I get for my initial listing fee?
Included in the yearly listing fee is one category listing. This means that you will only appear in category searches related to that one category. If a speaker desires to list in additional categories, then additional category fees are due and are currently $75 per year per category. These additional category fees are nonrefundable as well. A speaker will be discoverable when a name search is made by a user.

Will you limit the number of speakers in each category?
Speakerlist.org is designed to be a trusted and dependable resource for finding and booking the best speakers available. As such, our goal will be to provide the most comprehensive list of speakers available. While we do reserve the right to limit the number of speakers in the future, we will not limit the number of speakers being listed in each category. By selecting additional categories to be listed in, a speaker would more likely increase the number of views and hopefully increase the chance of being booked.

What screening process does speakerlist.org utilize in adding speakers?
Speakerlist.org is designed to be a resource for identifying and booking speakers. We cannot guarantee that the information contained in a listing is accurate or factual. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee the quality, professionalism, or results of the speaker. Buyer is urged to exercise care in selecting a speaker and to verify the testimonials or any claims being made by a speaker. If we discover that a speaker has misrepresented his/her services or demonstrates behavior that is deemed unacceptable by the owners of speakerlist.org, that speaker will be removed from our website.

What if I have a problem with either a listing or contacting a speaker?
Please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to find a solution. Please remember that each speaker is responsible for ensuring that the speaker’s website is functional and that the booking process is clearly communicated to a potential buyer.

What if I book a speaker listed on speakerlist.org and I am dissatisfied with the speaker’s service?
While our goal is to host the best and brightest speakers on our website, we cannot guarantee any results. By using speakerlist.org, both buyer and speaker agree to hold speakerlist.org harmless against any claims resulting from either misrepresentation, service, or payment. Any booking is a direct transaction between the buyer and the speaker only. We are not responsible for any content found on any third-party website and will not be involved in any transaction involving a buyer and speaker. Buyers are encouraged to verify any claims made by a speaker. Speakerlist.org does not endorse any speaker found on our website and does not receive any compensation as a result of any booking that may occur.
